Stay Home Stay Safe Extended Through May 28th

Governor Whitmer’s “Stay Home Stay Safe” Executive Order has been extended through May 28th.

That was the big take away from the press conference she just wrapped up.

This comes after Michigan’s House and Senate announced lawsuits against the Governor, for abusing her power.

Whitmer mentioned her efforts to stay in contact with national experts in healthcare and epidemiology.

She also explained why she took the actions she did, against the COVID-19 virus.

She also stated that even though the curve is flattening, a second wave of COVID-19 is still possible.

On the plus side, manufacturing resumes on Monday.
