U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Will Hold Public Meeting at Portage Lake District Library

The Portage Lake District Library will host the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District for “Waterways, Wetlands and You” on Tuesday, April 18, at 1:00 p.m.

The Corps Regulatory Staff will present this outreach event that will provide an overview of the Regulatory Program for work done in waterways, wetlands, and along shorelines.

Topics include an overview of the Corps Regulatory Program, regulatory jurisdiction, activities requiring Corps permits, how to apply for a permit, and an application workshop for submitting a complete application.
