Michigan’s Department of Transportation has released the latest numbers on fatalities and seriously injured motorists on Michigan roadways.
This past week, 27 people died on Michigan roads for 274 this year.
84 motorists were seriously injured for 1,290 this year.
This same time last year, Michigan had 51 more fatalities and 421 more seriously injured motorists.
Statistics were provided by the Michigan State Police.
