MDOT schedules annual public meetings throughout U.P.

The Michigan Department of Transportation is hosting a series of annual public input meetings throughout the Upper Peninsula.

These sessions are designed to discuss the department’s Five-Year Transportation Program and the State Transportation Improvement Program.

MDOT will be at the Houghton City Center on Friday, May 3rd where the public input meeting will begin at 1pm.

Two other meetings will be held in Sault Ste. Marie and Escanaba.

MDOT’s Five-Year Transportation Program, as well as a searchable map of projects, is available at www.Michigan.gov/MDOT5YearPlan.
