Moilanen Bound to Circuit Court

The case involving a man who was allegedly involved in a stabbing in Hubbell has been bound over to Circuit Court. Paul Molianen has been charged with second-degree murder for the death of 48-year-old Marcy LaVigne. He is also charged with attempted murder of LaVigne’s daughter. Both counts carry a life sentence if he is convicted. Moilanen’s bond is set at $2.5 million. His next court date has not yet been set.
