There could soon be more hunting opportunities in the Seney National Wildlife Refuge in the Upper Peninsula. The refuge says it is proposing new areas and seasons for deer and black bear and other species. The new rules would take effect with the start of Michigan’s 2015 hunting seasons. They’re looking for public comment on four possible plans posted on the refuge website.
