MSP Calumet Post to Offer Help in Baraga County

In an effort to boost police help throught the Copper Country, Michigan State Police from the Calumet Post will be stepping up enforcement in Baraga County. About three years ago, the L’Anse post was closed due to a new regional policing model. Troopers are going to make it easier for residents of those areas to receive police assistance. Also, they will work closely with schools in Baraga County and provide help to those with school safety concerns.
