MTEC SmartZone’s Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Program Launches Inaugural Accelerator Program

MTEC SmartZone’s Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Program launches its inaugural accelerator program cohort. The MTEC SmartZone announced today that the Advanced Materials and Manufacturing program will start its first accelerator program cohort to aid innovators and entrepreneurs in the Upper Peninsula. The Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Program seeks to support the early stages of companies accelerating their commercialization pathways. The AMMP accelerator program’s objectives will provide market insight, strategic planning, access to investors, and peer support to budding companies that require advanced manufacturing for their business. MTEC Chief Commercial Officer Patrick Visser says that AMMP will not just support companies but act as a catalyst for advancing the landscape of advanced materials and manufacturing one cohort at a time. The AMMP accelerator program will commence on April 30th. Entrepreneurs interested in joining the AMMP Accelerator cohort will need to apply by February 29th. Find more information here.
