New Tire Store Opens In Houghton

Tired of having to cross the bridge to get service for your car?  Well, thanks to a new business in Houghton, you won’t have to.

Fine Line Tire Express opened its doors this week to their newly completed Houghton location on Montezuma Avenue.

Bridgestone/Firestone Representative Jerry Nejedlo says they are just trying to give their customers what they want, “The customer demand was there so we felt putting up a new store would be great for the Houghton area.  It’s very good traffic past here and we decided to put this location up because of the demand for the business.”

The new store will offer the same services as Fine Line Tire in Hancock, but now residents south of the bridge can save themselves a trip across the canal.

The grand opening celebration features special deals and door prizes.
