The rider reportedly failed to stop, lost control, and crashed on the roadway. Police say the 24-year-old Kingsford driver was riding alone at the time of the crash. He was later transported to Dickinson County Hospital for treatment. His name and status are unknown at this time. The crash is being investigated by the Iron Mountain Police Department.
