Rail Day at MTU

Tomorrow, Michigan Tech students will get to explore railroad careers with representatives of 19 rail transportation companies who are coming to campus for a Rail Day and Expo. Sponsored by the Rail Transportation Program, Rail Day will include a poster session and industry displays, a cookout and numerous information sessions, capped by the 10th annual Railroad Night. A “Meet the Industry” session is scheduled for 5 p.m. in the Memorial Union Ballroom. Rail Night itself, including dinner and a speaker, will take place in the same area from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
