Attorney General Announces Charges Against Flint’s Emergency Managers

Additional charges in the Flint contaminated water crisis. Attorney General Bill Schuette has charged two former state appointed emergency managers, Darnell Earley and Gerald Ambrose, with multiple 20-year felonies.

Schuette says they failed to protect the residents of Flint from health hazards caused by lead-tainted drinking water.
