Former Flint Emergency Managers To Appear In Court

In Genesee County, two former state-appointed emergency managers will be before a district judge today, facing charges from the Flint water crisis.

Darnell Earley, who served when the city switched its water source in 2014, and Jerry Ambrose, the EM that served before Earley, have a probable cause hearing at 8:30 a.m.

The two were among four people arraigned in late December connected to the water crisis.

Both were appointed by Governor Rick Snyder to run the city.
