Future Of Health Insurance In Michigan Uncertain

Michigan’s Healthy Michigan is having a huge impact.

That’s according to the state’s Medicaid director Chris Priest who spoke to the House Health Policy Standing Committee Wednesday.

He says time will tell what happens with the repeal of the Affordable Care Act.

Priest says people will be able to stay in the Healthy Michigan plan but if they don’t, they’ll have to go to the federal marketplace for coverage.
