Lawsuit Filed On Behalf Of Flint Students

The ACLU of Michigan has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit on behalf of tens of thousands of Flint schoolchildren.

Executive Director Kary Moss says they’re asking the Michigan Department of Education and the Flint school district to provide all children in the Flint schools with the education services they need to fully recover from their exposure to lead.
