Many Motorists Waste Money On Premium Gas

New research from AAA Michigan finds that there is no benefit to using premium gas in your vehicle when it’s not required by the manufacturer.

The auto club says that American drivers wasted $2.1 billion dollars last year on high-grade gas in vehicles that were designed to run on regular fuel.

In short, AAA says that for vehicles made to run on regular unleaded fuel, premium gasoline is higher octane, but not higher quality.
