Medical Marijuana Regulation Bill Passes Senate

Michigan would tax-and-regulate medical marijuana under legislation approved today by the state Senate.

Here’s Lansing Bureau Chief Tim Skubick.

Opponents say caretakers are being left-out of the bill. The Senate passed it with a 25-12 vote. The state House will now consider it.
