Michigan Restaurants Focus On Food Safety

This is National Food Safety Month, something the Michigan Restaurant Association is taking part in. Its president and CEO, Justin Winslow, says they’re focusing on norovirus and Hepatitis A.

Winslow says Michigan restaurants fare pretty well when it comes to food safety, as the state requires training for restaurant employees.
