Stabenow Pushes New Jobs Bill

In an effort to support American manufacturers and give them a boost in the U.S., new bipartisan legislation has been introduced by Senator Debbie Stabenow of Michigan.

The legislation would clarify tax law to allow both entities to claim the Section 199 tax incentive for domestic manufacturing.

The Michigan Democrat thinks this is a common sense change to our tax policies that would encourage manufacturers to create more jobs in the U.S.
