Transparency Legislation Expected To Pass

New transparency legislation has been introduced in Lansing, subjecting the governor and lawmakers to public records requests.

The Ludington Republican says such legislation won approval last year, but died in the GOP-controlled Senate.

The bi-partisan bills are expected to pass this go-round.
