It’s inauguration day for Donald Trump.
Here’s debate director at the University of Michigan, Aaron Kall, and editor of “I Do Solemnly Swear: Presidential Inaugural Addresses of the Last Forty Years.”
When asked to rank the best inaugural addresses, Kall puts John F. Kenney’s at No. 1.
It was also one of the shortest at roughly 14 minutes.
The longest was delivered by William Henry Harrison in 1841, at one hour and 40-minutes.
That was given during a snowstorm. He died a month later.
