Workforce Is Changing, Getting Older

Do you think the general workforce is growing older or younger?

A new study from Career Builder, just released, explores employment trends for the 100 most populous U.S. cities, tracking how the shares of workers ages 22 to 34 and ages 55 and older have changed from 2001 to 2016.

That’s Dave Murray with the Michigan Department of Talent and Economic Development.

Employment trends are getting better in Michigan. The study evaluates the growth and decline in jobs in various cities and states.
