Student Innovation Displayed at Michigan Tech

Michigan Tech’s Design Expo has been continuing on for over two decades, and is an annual student showcase for invention and innovation.

This year, the organizers have curated the exhibit into 15 categories this year, ranging from human health to space technology. Attendees can choose the areas they are interested in.

There will be the work of 41 senior design teams, 16 student project teams, and 13 first year engineering teams, plus 3 vehicles, that will be on display.

The event runs from 10a.m.-2p.m. in both the Library and the Memorial Union Building.

A reception and awards ceremony will follow from 2:30-4:30p.m. at the Rozsa center.
