Transgender Bathroom Issue & Women Registering For The Draft–Congressional Candidate Cannon Shares His Views

Cannon, JerryThe transgender bathroom controversy continues to be a hot topic on the campaign trail.

Democrat Jerry Cannon visited the Copper Country on Friday as he tries to drum up support for his bid in the race for a seat in Congress.

Cannon says the Obama Administration’s stance on the issue is making it more difficult for local communities to sort this issue out.

Cannon says he expects that there will be a solution to the problem but doesn’t believe the federal government should force one.

Should women have to register for the draft?

A former Major General in the Army, Cannon says there is another side to equality.

Currently, there isn’t a draft and the issue of whether women should have to register is still being debated.
