U of M Expected To Follow Suit With MSU And Raise Tuition

A day after Michigan State raised tuition rates, the University of Michigan Board of Regents is expected to do the same.

U of M regents will meet at 3:00 this afternoon and are expected to approve a tuition rate jump.

Last year UM students paid about $1,000 more in tuition and room and board than the previous year.

Michigan State University trustees approved a tuition hike Wednesday which will amount to about $250 more per semester for undergrads.
