Work Crews Find Treasures From The Past During Hancock Streetscape Project

As the Quincy Streetscape project continues, there have been some interesting discoveries already.

As work crews pull up layers upon layers of road, they are effectively digging into the past.

Hancock business liaison Deborah Mann describes it as something like an archaeological excavation.

Mann says they will certainly find a place to showcase the items so the public can see them.

In the meantime, people are encouraged to visit businesses in downtown Hancock who say they are doing better than expected as the project moves on, but still need the community to support them.
