Charles E. Kempainen, 79, a resident of Milwaukee, Wi, and former Dollar Bay resident passed away Friday February 14, 2020, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Milwaukee.
A family graveside service with military honors for Charles will be held 11:30 am Monday May18, 2020, at the Lakeside Cemetery of Hancock.
