Obituary: Glenn Klobuchar

Glenn Shawn Dulong Klobuchar , 38, of Rice Lake Road near Lake Linden, passed away at Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital, on October 27, 2021.
He was born on March 1, 1983, a son of Glenn and Patricia (Dulong) Klobuchar. He attended Lake Linden-Hubbell High School. He graduated from the Hancock Alternative School and later, Finlandia, with a degree in Criminal Justice. He enlisted in the United States Army, serving in Iraq, where he suffered a head injury.
He was a collector of many things and he enjoyed walks with his dog.
He was preceded in death by: his mother-Patricia and grandparents-Germaine and John Klobuchar and Reuben “Red” and Valerie Dulong.
He is survived by: his father-Glenn J of Rice Lake Road; aunts and uncles-Charlene (Gerald) Lokajarvi, Keith “Keido” (Joanne) Klobuchar, Robin Mallet, Candance (Jeff) Mudrock, Kenny (Janet) Dulong, Carol (Gordon) Wetelainen, Barbara (Karl Wanink) Robbins, Gloria LaBonte, and Elaine (John Laitinen) Dulong , special friend-Joanie (Tony) Dupuis; along with many cousins and friends.
The visitation will be from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the Pearce Funeral Home in Lake Linden. The Copper Country Veterans will have a military service at the conclusion of the visitation. Burial will be at the Mount Calvary Cemetery in Lake Linden.
