Zelda worked as a nurse aid at The Houghton County Medical Care Facility in Hancock for many years until her retirement. She loved caring for her patients.

She was a wonderful and loving mother and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her, especially by her daughters Angela (Dean-o) Pellegrini and Lisa (Richard) Quinones. She is now in Heaven with her daughter Shelley (Robert) (Lahti) Colosky who she missed dearly. She will also be missed by Clarence (Darlene) Lahti and David (Darlene) Peryam.

She is proceeded in death by her father, Ernest Peryam and mother, Zelda (Laitanen) Peryam, her two sisters, Dorothy (Dolly) (Tom) Sutinen and Janice (Paul) Ollie and her three brothers, Darrel, Terry, and Leonard Peryam.

She left behind three grandchildren, Michael (Laura) Lahti, Justin Colosky, Jordan (Monica) Colosky, six great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

“Until we see you again Mom, you are forever in our hearts.”
