Animal Protection Bill Headed To Governor

A bill which would keep animals from getting adopted by convicted animal abusers is on its way to Governor Snyder’s desk. Here’s state Representative Paul Muxlow: The Brown City Republican says snimal shelters and animal control organizations would be required to check with the state prior to adopting-out an animal.
