Homelessness Drops In Michigan

Homeless Awareness Week is ongoing across Michigan.  It’s meant to recognize the over 69,000 people who experienced homelessness in the state in 2015. When compared to 2014, Eric Hufnagel , the Executive Director for the Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness, says the state has experienced a six-percent decrease in overall homelessness.
