High School
In high school hockey last night, the Marquette at Calumet game was snowed out. No makeup date has been announced.

In high school girls basketball last night…
– Calumet held off a late Bulldogs run, and edged Hancock 46-43.
– Ontonagon shaded Lake Linden-Hubbell 48-41.
– Jeffers used a strong finish to defeat Dollar Bay-Tamarack City 46-35.
– Chassell stopped Baraga 40-33. See video highlights from the game here.
– L’Anse swamped Wakefield-Marenisco 76-32. Addison Mattson led a balanced Purple Hornets attack with 14 points. See video highlights from the game here.

On the boys schedule last night, Houghton lost to Escanaba 71-45.

MTU
Two more wins last weekend pushed the Michigan Tech women’s basketball team up to 15th in the latest NCAA Division II Coaches’ Poll.

NBA
The Detroit Pistons’ losing streak reached seven games last night, with an ice-cold 103-84 loss to the Denver Nuggets. Langston Galloway came off the bench to lead Detroit with 18 points, as the starters hit just 10 shots from the floor. The Pistons visit the Atlanta Hawks tomorrow night.

NHL
The Detroit Red Wings entertain the Boston Bruins tonight. Coverage begins at 7:40 on 99.3 The Lift.

NFL
Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers says his broken collarbone has healed, and doctors have cleared him to return to the field. He’ll be eligible to play in Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers.
