Hancock Girls Earn OT Hoops Win Over Calumet – Tuesday Sports Wrap

In girls basketball last night…
– L’Anse outscored Houghton 63-53.
– Hancock defeated Calumet 41-35 in overtime. Taylor Sebbas scored 20 points for the Bulldogs, and Kirsten Dennis added 12. Elli Djerf led the Copper Kings with 11 points.
– Jeffers shut down Dollar Bay-Tamarack City 49-7.
– Baraga edged Chassell 42-39.
– Ontonagon defeated Republic-Michigamme 52-28.

There’s one girls game tonight. Hancock will visit Lake Linden-Hubbell in a game that was postponed from last Thursday.

In boys action last night, Dollar Bay-Tamarack City shaded Ewen-Trout Creek 48-46.
