Finlandia Goalie Honored
Finlandia University goalie Andrew Brownlee has been named Co-Defensive Player of the Week in the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association. Brownlee stopped all 41 shots he faced in defeating eighth-ranked Adrian College 3-0 Friday night.

The Red Wings skate at Tampa Bay tonight. Faceoff is at 7:30 on AM 1400 and FM 99.3 WCCY.

NBA – Pistons Fall Flat Against 76ers
The weary Detroit Pistons lost to the 76ers 89-69 last night. Playing their fourth game in five days, Detroit mounted an effort that coach Stan Van Gundy described as “a joke.” Greg Monroe led the Pistons with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Detroit has lost all three of its games since Brandon Jennings was injured. The Pistons host the Rockets Saturday night. Tip-off is at 7:30 on AM 1400 and FM 99.3 WCCY.
