The Finlandia University women’s basketball team plays at Northland College tonight.

Lions women’s hockey player Sierra Meiners has been named the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association Offensive Player of the Week. She had a goal and four assists as Finlandia split two games against Marian University. Meiners is the first Lion to be honored by the NCHA in eight years.

Both Michigan Tech basketball teams are on the road at Grand Valley State tonight.

Both Northern Michigan University basketball teams play at Purdue Northwest this evening.

NBA
A big night by Andre Drummond couldn’t keep the Detroit Pistons from losing their fourth straight game, as they fell to the Milwaukee Bucks 104-100 last night. A seven-minute scoreless stretch early in the fourth quarter left Detroit in too deep a hole to climb out of. Drummond scored a season-best 27 points and pulled down 20 rebounds. The Pistons return home to host the Golden State Warriors tomorrow. Tip-off is at 6:40 on 99.3 The Lift.

NHL
The Detroit Red Wings are off until Saturday afternoon, when they entertain the St. Louis Blues. Pregame coverage will begin at 12:40 on 99.3 The Lift.
