The Tigers and Cardinals were rained out last evening. That game will be made up as part of a straight doubleheader today. Jack Flaherty will start against Kyle Gibson in the opener. Coverage of today’s twin bill will begin at 3:15 on 99.3 The Lift.

The Brewers collected just three hits in a 1-0 loss to the Rays last night. The power outage spoiled a good start by Bryce Wilson, who gave up four hits over six innings. The only run of the game came in the first, when Yandy Díaz scored on a double play ball hit by former Tiger Isaac Paredes.

The Brewers entertain the Rays again tonight. Freddy Peralta will pitch against another former Tiger, Tyler Alexander.
