Tech, FinnU Men’s Hoops Teams Fall – Thursday Sports Wrap

College Basketball

The Michigan Tech men’s basketball team lost 75-57 at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis yesterday. Tyler Robarge scored 12 for the Huskies.

The Finlandia men’s team dropped a 78-69 decision at Wisconsin-River Falls last night. Danny Zuchak led the Lions with 18 points.

NHL

The Red Wings blanked the Predators 3-0 last night. Ville Husso made 26 saves. Dylan Larkin, Filip Hronek and Michael Rasmussen scored.

The Wings have won three straight, and entertain the Coyotes tomorrow night. Coverage will begin at 7:45 on 99.3 The Lift.

Goaltender Magnus Hellberg is back with the Red Wings. Detroit claimed him off waivers from the Predators yesterday. He’ll probably be assigned to Grand Rapids to provide some depth.

NBA

The Pistons won their second straight game last evening, defeating the Jazz 125-116. Bojan Bogdanovich scored 23 in his return to Utah.

The Pistons visit the Suns tomorrow.

NFL

In today’s NFL games…
