Michigan Tech freshman guard Tommy Lucca has been selected as the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference North Division Basketball Player of the Week. Lucca scored 53 in the Huskies’ games against Tiffin and Ashland. At 18.4 points per game, he is fifth in the GLIAC in scoring.

After its weekend split with 12th-ranked Notre Dame, the Michigan Tech hockey team is back in the national rankings. The Huskies were voted 20th in this week’s USCHO poll.

The Detroit Red Wings visit the Chicago Blackhawks tonight. Faceoff is at 8:30 on AM 1400 and FM 99.3, WCCY.

The Detroit Pistons play at Sacramento tonight. We’ll join the game after Red Wings hockey on AM 1400 and FM 99.3, WCCY.
